This is no small feat for something that started out as two friends in Kalamazoo, MI who simply wanted a channel through which to release their own music. Already Dead briefly served as simply that but very quickly began to grow into what the label has now become: a means for dozens upon dozens of artists from all over the globe to release their music exactly as they envision it. To honor this, we bring you 'Document III,' a retrospective cassette which comes with a Golden Ticket good for downloads of our last 100 releases. This is a one-time limited edition of 100 cassettes with hand-numbered j-cards.
The mix itself is a small sampling of our favorite tracks from the last 100 releases, a diverse collection of recordings that span multiple genres, from artists all around the world. As always, thank you for listening and please continue to support DIY labels."
